Most people who get stronger, get bigger, unless you naturally already have a high bench due to your genetic makeup (bone structure and insertion points, short limbs etc).
I've been searching the web for user experience with "The Beast" UltraLab. I'm really not looking to get much bigger, just stronger! I found some online for $31.95. Is it worth it???
Also, I love to bench (incline and flat). Problem is, my front delts are over powering my pecs. Any suggestions as to how I can put more emphasis on my chect??? (I should post this on the training forum).

I have made good gains in size over the years...recently, I've been getting harder. (My shoulders get as pumped and shreaded as my arms!) But, I haven't gotten any stronger. I've made some gains that has allow me to close the gap between my flat and incline, but my flat bench has remained the same.

Are you benching with your arms way out at your sides or properly?

I'm 6'4" w/ relative long arms. I take a grip that aout 6 to 8" out side of my arm pitts. If I keep my forearms perpendicular to the floor, it allows my to keep my chest raised, shoulders back, and give a decent stretch.
Don't waste your money bro, there are far more superior supplements out there than that crap, yes I've tried it myself and it was just a waste of money, all hypeOriginally posted by JD_Boss
