    just about anything can cause compartment syndrome. creatine is the single most studied nutritional supplement to date. there's always some jack hole Dr's that have no discoveries or research of their own to discuss so they bash something to get their names out there.
    I train differently than most, my beef is with gravity the weights on the bar are just the medium...Thanks to Wall Street your slice of the American Pie has been reduced to a crumb.
