cutting the right way would start with your diet, not supplements.

Actually I do, and the way that highschool coaches do it is very unhealthy and stupid. That's the main reason that I dropped out of wrestling.

So, since that's the route you want to take, find a good ECA stack such as Twinlab's Ripped Fuel and that will help you shed water weight and feel "wired".

10 pounds in 30 days, you will definately lose muscle in that amount of time, for someone your age and bodyweight that is not healthy, not that it matters to you I'm sure.

Eat all what you can and stop the saturated fat, sugar and less carbs, more cardio and supplements. honestly, I have tried all kinds of diet pills they are all craps. The best is ephedra. Please follow the directions. The problems most of us have is that we want to loose fats very fast. We want the answer right away. It takes time before kicking it. No miracle because the fat will come back later. Study your metabolism either low or high metabolism
then act on it. Forget about october 23 'cos you will gainig it back
It is a long process and can be achieved.
    thanks olusco
