anyone help me out with some good ones?
im having trouble finding some
only one i know of is 4derm
i know the type absorbed through the skin is best...im just worried with my job feild being a dirty one..and sometimes causes me to sweat alot..that id lose the benifits of this.
but either that or oral is fine.

I believe AMS still has liquid 4-AD...I've seen it listed in several stores online.

and from what ive researched, its better to take it dermally as apposed to orally. but in active dirty job proffessions..its debatable to say at this point which one would be a better option for one that would be taking this product.
