    Asinine false advertising

300 Workout Secrets - 300 Movie Body - Get The Spartan Work Out Fast

"No bro. I know for a fact that it wasn't so much the insane workouts they did, but the supplements they were using." Then he goes, "What do you think I've been using? The same stuff."

I absolutely hate stupid shit like this. no effort required. Just take this pill. takes away from all the people out there who actually use supplements responsibly and work their asses off in the gym to get results.

    end of rant.

Funny, because they probably used some NO product maybe even NoxEdge. Of course it wasn't to get some fucking rapid muscle gains, but to look bigger than they are. In other words to keep their pumps when filming.

it's unfortunate, that's how society is now trained...they don't think they have to put in work to look fit! I get clients all the time that think they'll get ripped while still eating panda express and working out 2 hours a week!

when I run the math of what they need to accomplish by them, they look at me like I'm crazy!
