most people follow 1 of 2 protocols:

#1 - full serving of creatine after training with protein and carbs

#2- 50% of serving pre workout & 50% of serving post workout

    * pick one the differences between the 2 are negligible
I train differently than most, my beef is with gravity the weights on the bar are just the medium...Thanks to Wall Street your slice of the American Pie has been reduced to a crumb.

I'm a #1 guy, but I do take in a bit of protein before the gym, mostly because i train at the crack of dawn, and a quick shake is easy to make first thing.

Once your cells are saturated with creatine, timing won't matter.

True words there. I never worried about it after a while when I was working out.

half before and then half after. L-glutamine would fit in there nicely as well post workout.
