Amplified Creatine 189
Hey guys,just wanted to see if any one has taken this Creatine before, and ur thoughts on it? I read some reviews and a lot were saying its hard to digest,and people were seeing it in there shit. So they were breaking them in half and drinking Orange juice cause' of the acid, it was helping to digest. I guess the coating on the pill is pretty strong. I've used Kre-Alkalyin prior,was curious on the Amplified Creatine 189.. Thanks guys.

Just get bulk whatever form of creatine you like and save your dough. I just got 50 servings for $2.50! Oh and I bought 5 tubs so IM good on creatine for a while.
