    Supplement Questions

I have a question regarding supplementation. This is currently what I am doing:

    Pre-Workout: Muscle Tech NaNo Vapor ; 25G Muscle Tech NOP-47 Pre-Workout Protein.

    Intra-Workout: Gapari Nutrition Size On

Post Workout: 25G Whey Protein (Gapari Myofusion).

I am also finishing up a bottle of anabolic matrix and beginning the 1-andro cycle.

I am fearing that I may be overdoing it with the supplementation. It can get quite expensive.

Can anyone give me their thoughts. I have just re-discovered this sport and have made great gains over the last 2-3 months.

first anything from muscle tech is overpriced junk! (just my opinion)

second, I'm not a believer in intraworkout supplements...BCAA's are the only thing you might want intraworkout. but I believe in just having a whey shake before hitting the gym (cheapest way to get by).

Post workout, you could be cheating yourself a little here. make sure that you're getting a propper mix of simple carbs, creatine, and protein. if you're looking for something off the shelf that has what you need, I'm a huge fan of Torrent by universal (spendy though).

side note: there's no reason to spend a lot on whey protein!

    Supplement Questions

Thanks for your feedback. I appreciate it and this is the reason that I love this site.

I will take a look at torrent. I just want to clarify post workout... The protein shake that I am taking after my workout (50g) is not necessary at all? I am getting carbs, creatine and bcaa's with the size on (intra workout drink). Let me know what you think.

    Thanks again for replying...

idealy post workout you'd have something carby to provide an insulin spike to activate GLUT4 and help drive nutrients into the muscle.

look into the principle of the "anabolic window"
