I always take 2 scoops at a time... I can tell the difference, gives me a lot more energy

My friends at work swear by jack3d and how hyped they feel after they take it. I tried it the other day (1 scoop) and felt a small tingling in my hair folicles but nothing much more than that. Could this be because of my previous abuse of eca stacks in the past?

I will have to try 2 scoops. I'm doing a modified CKD diet and am looking for a good preworkout supp. I want to make sure It's worth spending the dough first.
Just try the 2 scoops but don't take it too late.. I take mine at about 11:30pm and after I get home I'm not able to sleep till about 5-6am... It's not something that's going to make you feel like you have 100x more energy it doesn't get me all jittery or anything like that but I can tell when I'm lifting harder and heavier.

I used two containers of Jack3D and used 1.5 scoops. Not sure if it helped with lifting since I was also taking 1-Andro RX and Anabolic Matrix at the same time but I got the same tingling and had more determination/stamina during this time. I'm using Anadraulic state gt right now but will probably go back to Jack3D after I take a couple of weeks off the pre-workout supps.
Weight lifting is like " Mind over Matter". If my body doesn't mind---the weight doesn't matter!!!!!

I guess my problem is when I stopped working out 8 yaers ago there was too much good stuff out there and I am trying to find quality (legal) replacements for it now. I was an IDS 1-AD and original Ripped Fuel junkie. and I am looking for those results now. I guess I will have to seek other means to find that feeling again.
I dont think any of the pre-workouts are worth the money. They are usually underdosed with the good ingredients and overdosed with the bad. If I need some workout energy I just go with the good ol ephedrine hcl and caffeine. I have all the important ingredients like beta alanine, creatine and BCAA in bulk and can dose it the way I want.

No, I think it's just the way Jack3d is. I, as well as my friends have all had this side effect so I would say it's nothing to worry about. I remember the first time I took it and was wondering what the heck was going on! But IMO, it's one of the best preworkout supps out right now. And now I look forward to that tingling in the hair follicles before a workout!


I'm up to six scoops to feel anything but when I do I'm buzzin and can workout all day.
6?!?!? Recommendation is no more than 3 scoops within 24 hours time.
I started out with one then 1.5, then 2 for a while, now 2.5 for my second bottle.


I took 3 and 4 scoops and nuthin really happened (well nothing worth talking about). I ended up giving away 1/2 a tub to a buddy of mine that swears by the stuff. I dont do pre-workout supps (or try to anymore) I get "jacked" and "pumped" enough from just working out hard.![]()

I take two scoops and I love the felling I get when I take it. I lift harder, I am more motivated and I feel stronger over all and like I make the best of my time at the gym.

Ya I took 2 bottles with no break so guess I built a resistance and I slowly worked up to 6 scoops 30-45mins before I workout

To be the most effective take two scoops... be sure to follow 8 week on and four week off cycles or you will just plain burn out you adrenals... This is a highly recommended plan - Stick with it an d you should see a lot of success...

I take 2-3 scoops PWO and I have had awesome results... like the previous user states you should cycle off after 8-9 weeks so that your body will continue to respond to supp..
