    Albuterol Dosing

I looked into information for clen. Took it several years ago and had good results. It Also helped with my bronchitis that I get once a year. I have found information on the dosage that should be taken for Asthma but wondered when taking it for Athletic purposes if the dosage should be different. I know with clen you work yourself up and then half way through you work your way back down. i am trying to figure out if it is the same with albuterol. I know that you can take it for a month as opposed to a 3 wk cycle with clen, and that you don't have to spend as much time off as you do clen, but am unsure what kind of dosing I should do or where to find the info myself. Any help would be great. Thanks

I take 4 mg caps every 4 hours 3-4 per day.

    5am b4 cardio
    9am
    1pm b4 weights
5pm (sometimes I take this dose sometimes not.)

If taking caps just start with 4 mg every 6 hours 2/day
If doing liquid start with 2 mg every 4hrs max 3-4 doses until you assess your tolerance

    cavtrooper96,
Thank you, that is helpful. I've done some more reading and research on it since then too. I received this post and the one that you posted on the other thread at the same time. Again thanks for the help, I'll be checking it out, and going to walmart. Can't be that

went to the doctor for my yearly sickness i get with Asthmatic Bronchitis and they gave me an Albuterol inhaler. I feel this will work for immediate improvement on my breathing but don't think it will cut it when I'm trying to use it later for exercise purposes. Each spray delivers 90 mcg albuterol. I was thinking that I would get myself the pill form and take those for working out as opposed to the inhaler. Am I looking at any particular risk if I use some of both of them later??

Liquid albuterol is giving excellent results, i am only doing 3mg twice a day, (first week), with good clean diet and exercise.
i intend to go to 3x daily starting today, (3 weeks), then off one.

You just need to keep an eye on your heart rate. Albuterol attaches to the b1 receptors as well as b2. I take 5mgs QID when I use it. I get the shakes a little bit for the first couple days but it subsides pretty quick. Also you are right, an MDI doesn't work the same as taking Albuterol orally.
