Fish Oil caps are a good source of omega-3. They help with lowering triglyceride levels. They also aid in joint and tendon health.
An overall good supplement to take in my opinion.

Fish oil benefits have a list as long as my...

sorry - as long as my arm. Here is just one link, and your question can be answered with a simple google or yahoo (or whatever search engine you use) search. It is the one supplement I won't do without. In fact, you can even search this forum and find plenty of good information and articles about fish oil.

The reasons are pretty technicals but if you are unsure if it worth or not just know that omega3 (and more generally EFA's) are involved in:

    - Body Health
    - Physical Recovery
    - Muscle Growth

And in other areas but more important is that molecolar like omega3 are not producted by our system so..

True. I don't see what, if anything, fish oil has to do with muscle growth although it may benefit it in some way.

Most of the polyunsaturated fats in EVOO are omega-6. some amount is omega-3.

Fish oil has been noted to be good for the liver. Liver disease tend to have low concentrations of long chain Omega 3 polyunsaturated fatty acids in their liver cells.

It's great for brain health too, liquid form is superior to capsules but it's expensive.
