Yeah, I've been using it for years. Cytosport makes a huge variety of flavors. Right now I"ve got some of the cake batter one which is not bad, but all of them are outstanding especially the cookies and cream.

If you mix it with ice cubes in a blender it taste just like the ice cream. The protein nova mentioned is good too, but you're going to get a lot more calories out of the Muscle Milk.

Here is a list of the flavors. I think I've tried them all. I personally really liked the Cookies n' Crème and Cinnamon Bun the best, but they are all very good. Even the Vanilla Crème is the best Vanilla tasting protein powder I've ever had. If you ever get the fruit ones like Blueberries n' Crème it is also very good with a little fruit blended in if your using a blender, but they are very good straight up too. If you get hooked keep an eye out because in the past they have been known to make some seasonal flavors too like Egg Nog at Christmas time.

    Chocolate Caramel Pecan

    Cake Batter

    White Chocolate Mousse

    Strawberry Banana

    Chocolate Malt

    Cinnamon Bun

    Dark Chocolate

    Chocolate Mint Chip

    Cookies n' Crème

    Chocolate Banana Crunch

    Peach Mango

    Blueberries n' Crème

    Chocolate Peanut Butter

    Orange Crème

    Mocha Latte

    Pineapple Banana

    Chocolate Milk

    Strawberries n' Crème

    Banana Crème

    Vanilla Crème

    Brownie Batter

Cytogainer is not a bad choice either.

Also, the Mocha Latte flavor of muscle milk is the only one that contains caffeine, if you want that, and is also very good.

Add olive oil shots to your shakes. It's a great way to increase calories and healthy fats, which increase natural test production.Believe it or not but it doesn't taste bad.Built has some good posts on this subject.
