Most people take 5g / day to keep as much as possible in your muscles... and it's not too expensive, so why not take it every day for maintenance?

ok i am getting a good diet (i take a multivitamin everyday along with whey protein and a balanced diet) and doing alot of training (5 hard days with 2 resting/light days) but my one question is should i take creatine everyday or just when i train the hardest. Would i be wasting it if i didnt do alot of training that day or would it help me to keep drinking it everyday even if i was resting that day?

i was making sure i wouldnt be just wasting it thats all

Also at 270lb with 60% lead muscle what should my loading/maintaining/washingout does be you think if this is my first time using this and how should i use it to make is the most efficient?
There's no need to load or anything like that. Take 5-10g every day.
If you are 40% body fat, perhaps you should reevaluate your diet.

Just take 5g / day and don't worry about the "loading phase"

ya im already taking care about my weight and ok thanks

In my experiance with creatine I really liked it until your body gets use to it then you just have to take more and more and more. Plus I don't think it really helped a whole lot.... Didn't know you could have negative reputation until I read this post.
