    Creatine stacking

Can multiple types of creatine be taken simaltaneous? For instance...Kre-Alkylyn and Cell-Tech? Would the different Creatine structures cover more ground or just over kill?

I take a product that is already a creatine stack so I dont see why not.

This is what I take Ancient strength by brutal alchemy.
    4800mg Creatine monohydrate
    190mg Creatine Phosphate
    10mg Creatine Pyruvate

I feel like I get less water retention, and better strength gains with it.

Much appreciated Sky. I figured it could be done theoretically, but realize certain supps negate the effects of others. Learning which does which is a difficult and daunting task.

Most of the workout supplements you buy will have a mix in them, usually with mono as the base because it is cheapest.

I do a 50/50 mix of HCL and Mangapower (Does the most for me out of everything I've tried).

Here is my question for you. Do you understand why they have these different types of creatine?

As with most preworkout drinks that claim to have creatine.

Alright, different forms of creatine (other than mono) claim better absorption than other forms. The claim with better absorption that you'll have less/no GI distress and water weight gain. You're not going to get any better strength/endurance gains assuming the same amount of creatine was absorbed. So if you're taking enough creatine and enough of it is being absorbed, then there would be no added benefit from taking additonal creatine of any form.
