i've never used creatine mono. the only creatine i've ever used is kre-alkalyn and it didn't really seem to work. i know creatine doesn't work for everyone. do you guys think i may see more results with mono? i was thinking about trying creapure from primordial performance.

Mono is cheap and I don't believe any other forms of creatine have been proven to be any more effective.

I think I gained 8-9lbs. when I went on creatine mono and my strength and recovery improved as well.

I LOVE Creatine. I'm one of those lucky individuals who get great gains from it. I can just LOOK at a bottle and get stronger. Some folks aren't as lucky and they just don't get any sort of gains. It's one of those things you're going to have to try to see if it works for you.

But skip the "loading phase", it's nothing but a ploy to get you to buy more. I haven't seen any tests that show it has any positive effects.
Rules? You mean we have RULES for that???
