B-12 tabs vs. B-12 injection
Just curious, what is the difference between injectable vitamin b12, and oral b12? Why inject when you could just pop a pill?

oil last longer in the system then oral so u inject 2,000mcg 2xs wk or 3kmcg 2xs wk. i do 1-3kmcg 2xs wk of b12 inject with bcomplex inject same way.

I used to swear by sub-lingual b12. Seemed to work great for me, and the bubble-gum flavor rocked.
