    thinking of stacking these

hey guys im thinking of taking
l arginine l canitine and a fat burner together - my hope is that it will give me a kick to get me leaner and keep as much muscle as possible whilst dieting - is it ok to take these together and i also take creating daily too , are there any known side effects from any of these that i should be aware of

They are ok to take together. I would not waste money on the carnitine or the arginine and would do an eca stack. If you are going to get the arginine and carnitine I highly suggest getting them in bulk as well as with your creatine.

The only kick to getting leaner is a caloric deficit diet and the nike express!

when i say kick i guess i mean just something to help me a little more mentally and give bit more energy to my workouts - i read carnitine helps you use fat as energy? so my thoughts were if im on a low carb diet this should help me lean up a bit more!! also i read that arginine would help me hold muscle whilst cutting weight

It can raise your heart rate slightly. So can carnitine. But if you are healthy and no heart problems you will be fine. If you are not healthy I would talk to a Dr before starting any diet/exercise/supplement program. I have taken carnitine before but only because it was $6 for a small tub that had like 100 servings in it. I would mix it with my BCAA's.

As far as arginine, I dont think it preserves muscle all that much. At least I haven't read any significant studies showing that. I would take bcaa's and keep your calories at or just above your resting BMR to preserve muscle. With that and enough protein you will preserve just fine.

Again, if your set on taking these just get them in bulk powder for next to nothing. Carnitine is about $6 and arginine about $10 and BCAA's about $8 for 100 grams each. If you go with the 500 grams each is about 3 times the price. Hell of a deal. I jjust mix mine with protein or crystal light for flavoring. Heck, most of the time I just down the powder down the hatch with a water chaser. Bitter but you can get over it!

Take carnitine pre workout and again around 4 hours later. Doesnt really matter as long as a dose is preworkout. I took morning lunch and early afternoon.

use acetyl-L-Carnitine @ 500-1000mg before exercise. the L-Arginine take 6 grams on an empty stomach before bed and immediately upon waking up
I train differently than most, my beef is with gravity the weights on the bar are just the medium...Thanks to Wall Street your slice of the American Pie has been reduced to a crumb.
