    good gainer with no bloat?

    tryin to put on some mass, currently takin 500mg/week of sust and it makes my stomach sensitive to where i bloat from stuff, i have dymatize super mass and it bloats me like crazy. whats a good protein gainer that wont cause me to bloat? help is much appreciated.

    are you actually taking a full serving of that stuff? nobody needs 250grams of carbs post workout unless they are training like and weigh as much as an IFBB heavyweight pro in the off season, that's a ridiculous amount of carbs.
    I train differently than most, my beef is with gravity the weights on the bar are just the medium...Thanks to Wall Street your slice of the American Pie has been reduced to a crumb.
