    Protein in Water II

I usually place one scoop (25 g) of protein powder in 250 mL (1 cup) of water. However, I want to reduce the amount of water per scoop to 125 mL (½ cup). What is the minimum amount of water that I should put per scoop?

You can make a paste out of it and eat it like pudding or frosting.

But w/o fat and/or fiber.....up to 58% of it may convert to glucose to fuel your metabolism....negating why you were using protein in the first place

I pulled it out of my ass....and the hepatic gluconeogenesis information that typically says up to 58-60% conversion for proteins, up to 10% for FFA conversion
