First of all DIET and TRAINING (both cardio and weights).

You can't achieve anything without a "good" diet and a "good" training.
Once you setup these two things you can stack the following:

    Caffeine
    Green the
    ALC
    CLA
    Guaranį
    Cayenne Pepper

Or jst use a fat burner that will include some (or all) the above elements (usually sub-dosed compareb with single caps from the above bottles).

Assuming you meant burn fat, a treadmill should do nicely!

Abs are made in the kitchen..

If you ever get that down then I would recommend alpha T2 and forged burner.

A good diet. Figure out your BMR and maintenance cals. Get that down first. Figure out a good diet get a good weight lifting routine along with some high intensity cardio followed by moderate intensity. You dont really need a fat burner. But if youre dead set on it all you need is ECA and EGCG. KISS = Keep it simple stupid! No supplement in the world will help if you dont have the above 3 down first!

When I need to cut weight , this is the importance of my regimen:

    1. Diet
    2. Training
    3. Rest
    4. Supplements: Need2Slin, ADDERLLIN

Why do you think OP needs a 1500-2000 calorie diet? I am not even aware of the stats of the OP.

Wearing more clothes during cardio does not expedite the process of burning fats, however it will drop more water weight.

Very general guidelines. Somewhere in that ball park will fit many people for dropping weight.

It will burn more calories. When I cut it's all about calorie destruction and calorie deficit diet with as much protein as I can.
