    Multivitimins

How important is it to take multivitamins? Why do bodybuilders need them and where abouts can I order some for a reasonable price to England?

Bodybuilders should, at the very least use a multi because of the limited diet we usually take on from this lifestyle. I'm a big fan of using the cheap multis that include some minerals with it. Got to any drug store and find what's on sale. Dont fall in to the bullshit that you need a list of stuff.

I think mine is the generic from Rite-aid. They were having a 2 for 1 sale, and I'm a cheap SOB. Just don't waste money on anything fancy.

Taken cheap ones, expensive ones, Animal Pak and so far CL Orange Triad has kept me healthy, aided with joints and I get help with digestion. Sure it is expensive but it is the same as the Animal Pak and I think the split dosing really keeps your body getting what it needs all day. If money is an issue, I say go with the suggestion above, it looks to be very complete.

    I ordered a bottle of Opti-Men it's a 3x-day multi

but I just got them to have as one to pop every once and a while, like a little "vitamin pep" you know, some B's, some C, it's like GNC's Mega Men

How about those multi's where you have to take a couple a day ??? (AFTER YOU TAKE A 1X-DAY IN THE MORNING...)

I have the ON Opti also. Seem okay to me. After I run out I'll probably just keep going with my off brand multi. I haven't been able to tell a difference.

Anybody know who has or offers a Multi-vitamin in bulk at a really good price, one with a good ingredient profile that doesn't have any extra IRON?

Most have Iron in them, don't need the extra Iron, because of our diets and the miniscule amount that our bodies actually require.
