    Isopure with Amino and Multivitimins

    Hello all,

    Can you help me out here cuz i've got the isopure supplement and i already have the amino 2000 and i wanted to get the animal pack as well should i take a prework out shake like the NO-XPLODE or is that enough and how to take those supplement together i mean should i take them during the day or right after the work out thank you all.

    It sounds like you have some of the basics less a fish oil supplement, get that no matter what. As for a pre-workout you have tons of choices but stay away from NO-Xplode, it sucks something fierce. I recommend these, AS-GT by LG, NTKTS by NTBM, Maximize V2, APS Mesomorph and Ultima if you don't want stims.

    And is there any recommendation when is the best time to take to have the full benefit of those supplements, I know the animal pack should be taken right after the breakfast in the morning so what about the rest of the stuff

    I take hydro-whey now for preworkout N.O Shotgun and ill recommend u take animal pak and animo fuel by twin labs and some fish oils that will be pretty good and take animo fuel with ur preworkout it works great and fish oil for the morning and animal pack take it with ur lunch or anytime during the mid day!

    Animal pak is garbage. It's very hard on the kidneys and has a super low absorption rate.
    Find something better IMO.
