Yes, you can get what you pay for. I've had a number of good transactions from TF as well as other sites but I've had a problem or two here and there, also. It happens, sucks, but it happens

I used TF a lot in the past. Sorry to hear they have gone downhill to such a degree. Lotta good suppliers got crushed by the most recent ban, but that's no excuse for shoddy service.

Yeah Ive used them on and off in the past. Never had any problems from them.

Island supplements on the other hand.... They shorted me a few items on my shipping. I never got an email and could never get ahold of anyone by phone. I would leave messages. I finally wrote my attorney general, the Texas attorney general, better business bureau and the SEC before I got a refund. They would not send the product. Atleast I finally got refunded though. Funny thing is they refunded me twice!!! They just sucked at everything all around!

Just an update, there "customer service department" if you want to call it that ignored/did not respond to my last 3 emails to them. Some douche named charles is who i believe is supposed to be in charge of that and i had spoke with through emails prior.

So i called them and the dip shit on the phone trys to blow me off by taking my information not asking what i need then tell me my order was shipped out on the 1st. So i had to break the whole GD situation down for her and she goes, oh well the package is headed back here now. I said I know that, it says that on the USPS website tracking info that i looked at before I called. But it was sent back on the 8th so i was seeing if you've received it back yet by now... oh, no we haven't.

So i went ahead and ordered another bottle from Amazon.com rather than wait several more days b/c Im sick of waiting to start my PCT.

I'm debating on whether or not i want to request a refund now and spend what will probably turn into a couple of weeks of back and forth arguing for $30 bucks. It's a very very frustrating experiance! i will never order from them again.

I will reiterate what the above post said. Orbit is by far one of the few companies in the entire industry that treat customers the way they should be treated.

Bummer you had a problem but the very first rule of starting a cycle is to have everything on hand before you start. Shit happens.

I know, and I did have a bottle ready prior to starting. When I got about 2/3 weeks in starting putting on a lot of water weight so I just ran it with my cycle to reduce that. By the time I was finished with my cycle it was co-current with my formestane running out. So to an extent, yeah my bad. i was waiting for someone to point that out.

in anycase, couldn't be worse customer service.

Granted I rep Orbit but when there was a mistake on an order of mine, the replacement bottle was overnight shipped and the wrong bottle I was not asked to return. That right there shows what real customer service is.

Just a short recall- I ordered it 12-1 and it's the 16th and I have yet to receive it.

They called me on the phone yesterday to let me know they received the package back from USPS and that they could re-ship it but it would cost me. Rather than fight over the re-shippment b/c I contend I put in my apt address and there system dropped it or someone there filled something out wrong- I said ok. Don't want to argue and fight over it.

The guy also mentioned he would resend me a new order confirmation with tracking number, well he sent me the first one. So i called up there to ask for the new tracking numbers and since someone else answered the phone I had to explain to this employee the whole situation at least twice b/c she was a total dipshit before she finally realized what I was asking for.... new tracking numbers. She gave them to me which I promptly looked up after I got off the phone and the numbers she gave me didn't work.

OMG! could this be any more of a train wreck?

and I got a phone call back within the hour from Orbit when I left a message about a concern and my concerns were satisfied.

I've used TF before with no issuses but I have noticed that none of the USPS tracking #s I've been sent lately(last 6mos or so) have worked, no matter who the sender was. That doesn't excuse shitty follow up service on TFs part though.

Well I know who I am not going to be using in the future!!!

man i always liked them but this situation has been such a turn off i can't recommend them ever again and I wont be ordering from them.

To compound everything that they've done when i ordered a bottle of topical formestane from another company on amazon I came to a conclusion that its possibly a clone that is bunk. It has a diff smell from first bottle I ran and I still feel a little water plump

Did this ever get sorted out for you?

yeah i received it on the 17th. rediculous. ordered on the first and nearly 2 weeks later.

remember when everything in mail order used to take 6-8 weeks to deliver?? thats kind of what it felt like

All the more reason to be shopping at Orbit to avoid this kind of nightmare.

Ya theyre customer service at TF is horrible. I emailed them 3 times asking when they would be getting a supplement back in stock and never got a response. Youd think they would respond seeing how they would obviously be making money. Scew em
