    Question Important question ...

I've been training for years and years and years and I have never ever used a pre-workout supplement [i know right?? lol], and all i see is JACK3D, JACK3D, JACK3D !!!

I am looking for something that isn't going to race my heart through the roof and cause me to feel all geeked out and force an anxiety attack..

Any Ideas?? I am game for whatever doesn't create that effect because i can't stand stimulants that cause that feeling.. it takes AWAY from my workout rather than AID it.. there has to be something that will help because i have noticed towards the end of my workouts for the past 3 months i am so BLEH i don't wanna do anything, so a bodybuilding bud of mine said, "BRO, FIND A PRE-WORKOUT SUPP THAT WILL GIVE YOU THAT EXTRA UMPH YOU NEED... " I just started (about 10 days ago) my PRE-COMP Diet/Training and i've already noticed the dip in energy levels i experience in the drop in caloric intake.. especially when the carbs start going down and down..

    Any suggestions?? Please

    Thanks Bro's !!

    -TD

If you check out this site, it ranks some of the best pre-workout supplements. Best Pre Workout Supplement

I prefer Jack3d out of any other. Why not give it a try? You can take a low dose so you don't get all geeked out or have your heart race out of control.

Generic caffeine tabs are significantly more cost effective than commercially packaged pre-workout supplements.

If I do anything for preworkout I make my own with caffeine pills and ephedrine with creatine beta alanine.

If you want something stim free look at Dymatize expand. It allright

Beyond Nutrition's All Out is by far my favorite because it doesn't give me the jittery feeling.

If you're not eliminating preworkout carbs from your diet yet I'd suggest trying Pre-Max as a non-stimulant product that will still help to maximize your muscular endurance and that 'pump' that people expect from a good pre-workout product.

If carbs are out of the question maybe some GlycoCarn mixed with some Branch Chains and Creatine. Maybe bulk GlycoCarn and bulk Creatine with some flavored Branch Chains like Xtend or Modern BCAA so it doesn't taste as rough.

I have to go with the company I proudly represent on this and offer you K-Otic. In fact, I am so sure you will love its effects I will send you a couple of samples if you PM me your address.

This stuff gives me long lasting, "focused energy" with no jitters, no crash.

wll Pre-max is stim free and great for energy and power. that should be good stacked with some green tea caps and creatine?
i know its nice added into other PreWO's like ASGT. but you seem to want stim free.

I have tried both Jacked and Jacked 3d, IMO good stuff but it gave me the jitters. I personally like PreSurge Unleashed by Athletic Edge. 10 Calories, Total carbs 2g, Sugar 0g, Sodium 100mg, tasts good and lasts the whole workout.

Are you prone to having anxiety attacks? Stims can do that, but normally don't.

I like a mild stim. If you are worried, get a stim free pre-workout and drink a small cup of coffee as well (or get some cheap caffeine tabs).
