that stuff where you rub the gel where you want to lose fat and it targets that area when you do cardio. Does it actually work the way they advertise?

aside, what's the best way to cut some lovehandles by about 5 lbs in 20 days? I do about 40 mins on the treadmill 5 days a week since i started 3 weeks ago and eat relatively healthy (watching fat intake, smaller meals etc). It's for a halloween costume:o

anyway, what's the best overall fat burner? thanx

i'll say i'm 6"2 195ish, long limbed etc and not so much concerned about mass for the immediate time being and take hydroxycut now. It's prolly more like 3 lbs to cut.

btw is it better for fat burning to do cardio before or after weights?
