Question on Cycling When Bulking (Creatine and N' Large 2)
Hello All
I was wondering. I've started bulking 4 weeks ago. I've been on Creatine for 4 weeks now, and Protien Supplements (2 weeks Designer Whey MRP, and 2 Weeks on Pro Labs N' Large 2).
What is a good cycle to go on for this with Creatine and Pro Labs N' Large 2?
I'm 6'6" and in 4 weeks have gone from 194 lbs to 211 (Im getting back slowly but surely )My diet consits of 4 -5 meals a day, mostly protein based. Other Supplements are Glutamine and Multi V's.
My workout plan is this:
Day One: Arms/Chest/Back - DB Concern Curls, DB Bench, DB Incline, Preacher Curls, Military press, Push downs, Pull ups, Seated Row, Skullcrushers, Forearm Curl, Pectoral Flies, DB Over head press.
Day Two: Legs/Abs/Cardio - Leg extensions, Lunges, Calf raises, machine calf, Leg Press, Hack Squat, 15 min Cardio, Various Abs
Day Three: Repeat Day one
Day Four: Repeat Day Two
Any suggestions or helpful hints would be great as well. Also, what brand of Creatine should I look into? I've been using TwinLabs FizzFuel. Wondering if anyone has some good stories about what they use.
imho.your n-large should be taken after your w/o along with your creatine.as far as cycling the creatine, its your preference.its save's alittle on the check book, health reasons, its not proven yet that staying on creatine is bad for you.....but, mis-using it can be. just for a break, i cycle on it. 7 wks on 2 wks to month off. Twinlabs Fizzfuel, did nothing for me, it taste good, i'm not saying that it could'nt work for you.i do like N-Large2.
