1st week on 1-Andro and Matrix cycle...1st impressions
Hello Team,
Just finished my 1st week on the 1-Andro/Anabolic Matrix stack. Overall feeling very good. Things that I have noticed:
1. Feeling of nausea and slight headaches the 1st 2-3 days. This eventually went away (and yes I drank a ton of water and downed the supplements with food).
2. 1st 2-3 days very lethargic at end of day. Slept like a baby. Having vivid dreams.
3. Have an overwhelming desire to listen to the hardest rock I can possibly find.
4. Joints don't seem to hurt as much in the gym. You remember that scene from "The Program" when dude on roids is lifting weights in the locker room? Yeah, I feel just like that.
5. At the end of my sets, I hit failure, but with less amount of lactic acid burn. My muscles just fail.
6. Muscles feel fuller??
7. In jiujitsu class, I simply do not get tired. I swear its like my adrenal glands are not shutting off. I am tapping out people left and right. People are telling me my cardio has improved. Yeah right...
Will post journal next week. I know the above isn't very scientific, but I hope it helps.
Keep posting man..
I also have 3bottle of 1-Andro and as jiujitsu fighter I'm very interesting in your log..
Thanks for the kudos team.
Will you be paring this with Anabolic Matrix? Matrix alone is enough to give you incredible amounts of endurance. Since I'm taking both Matrix and 1-Andro I don't know if 1-Andro alone will give you the animal like endurance I'm experiencing. If you do plan on taking 1-andro alone let us know how it works out for you.
Gains are solid acroos the board. I'm gonna say roughly a 15% strength increase across all lifts. Weight has not changed, but I measured a 2% bodyfats loss since I started 2 weeks ago. My sleep is incredible, deep with vivid dreams. I sleep roughly 5-6 hours a night but the sleep is QUALITY sleep. No more lethargy throughout the day. Some minor hair loss.
One thing I did notice yesterday, left nipple is a little sore and itchy. Now I know 1-Andro is not supposed to convert to estrogen, but I am taking 1-Andro with Matrix, so maybe I am getting gyno symptoms? I still have 2 weeks to go before I start my PCT...
