    old creatine mono

    I just found a huge bottle of creatine mono (powder) in my cupboard. it,a about 2yrs old and it,s been opened. can i still use it or is it garbage? thanks

    Yeah I would just toss the old. Just plain creatine mono is the best supplement out there I love it!
