My liver does that on its own. Just eat right and stay hydrated.

I know this is one of those questions people rearly ask so I want to challenge you guys to see what you do to cleanse, or detox

if you follow a healthy, balanced diet with plenty of fiber there is no cause for such things.
I train differently than most, my beef is with gravity the weights on the bar are just the medium...Thanks to Wall Street your slice of the American Pie has been reduced to a crumb.

Metamucil, 3 scoops 12oz of water mix fast then slam! Repeat every 4-5 days to stay regular. Cleansing is recomended 2 per yr on average. Some say 3-5 day cleanse then a 2week cleanse seperated in the year to clear toxins and colon build up. There are some new all vegetable juice cleansers with ingredients from around the world, saw this on the news a few weks ago?? This does aid in colon cancer provention. Or here is good one My wife found in a fad diet, the start was 3-4 table spoons of sea salt in 20oz of water. I actually did this one, you drink and hold on! Dare you!

what I do to cleanse, lots of water and from time to time (after an oral run also) i like to take live52 and/or liverjuice (milkthistle) to help clense liver.

Yeah, the liver/cycle supports are good IMO. I'll hit up the CEL Cycle Assist or AI's Cycle Support for general health when I'm not taking MycoGreens. I'm a huge fan of Mycogreens.... everything from antioxidents to beta glucans and greens and veggies, its an all around health boosting supplement.
Also, interestingly enough, Glycobol has some liver cleansing effects-- the BMOV cleanses and is also the reason some experience green stool but thats also a sign its working. Plus its one hell of a nutrient partitioner.
