    Hydroxycut

Hey Im starting a cutting diet/work out plan and I was wondering if Hydroxycut would help me shed some pounds. I dont mean water weight, I mean fat. I am pretty tolerant to stimulants but was curious if Hydroxycut truely helps lose fat or if its just a scam. Thanks!

I would look in stacking Genomyx HEAT stack and PES Alpha T-2, you can add in some caffeine pills twice per day if needed. Really all the stims will do is for energy and a slight metabolic boost hence the recommendations above, those actually burn fat and do it well, caffeine for appetite suppression and energy when dieting.

Yeah I was going to say myself that, most of those products give you an energy boost and appetite suppression but do little for boosting metabolism.

However, your basic ECA stack (ephedrine, caffeine, aspirin) will burn around 200 calories extra per day. Multiply that by 5-7 days (some people like to do 5 days on, 2 days off for ECA) and you have between 1000 - 1400 extra calories per week burned off.

My favorite way to shed fat though, is HIIT. High Intensity Interval Training.
    NOTHING BEATS IT !

And of course, nothing will work unless your diet is in order
