    Question BCAA's while bulking

I know supplimenting BCAAs has benefits during Cutting, but is there any benefit to taking them while on a bulking cycle? I'm curently taking 1 tablespoons of Univeral Nutritions BCAA Stack AAC along with 5g of glutamine with my pre and post workout shake.

BCAAs have a benefit at any time, IMO. Any reason why they wouldn't? I can't think of one.

    Peace
