Alright, Im 22, 5'6 lean and weigh 160. I have 16 in arms so i have decent muscle size, but want bigger. I take 160 g of protein, double complex carbs, alot of good fats and about 3500 cal. I take creatine akg, shakes (with pb, milk,egg) and jack3d. I lift heavy 6-8 reps and rest plenty. Does anyone know of a good muscle mass supplement, or anything else without anger problems.
