    2 Supps That I've Seen

Comments on 2 supps that I've seen would be appreciated.

    1. Weider ProShake (I looked at it in a 7-11 and it read something like 35g Protein, 6g Carbs, 0g Fat)

    2. ?? Oil Supplement (I can't remember what the name of this stuff, but it's an oil supp that contains high concentrations of Omega 3s+ 6s, using flaxseed, safflower, etc The name starts with a U or an E. The girl @ Healthy's recommended it. She recommended taking a tbsp with every 50lbs of bodyweight.)

As well, could anyone recommend me a good online resource for supps. Hopefully one that is informative, and not just there for sales. Thanks.

Udo's Choice. That's the stuff kuso. I bought after nobody responded on here.

Haven't tried it yet. Do you take it mixed in anything, or just pop it in your mouth by the spoonful?

As for the Weider, there was no price on it, so I didn't touch it.
