    Protein Bars & Label Claims

Have you ever ate a protein bar and thought it tasted way too good to be good for you? Did it seem to taste way too much like a candy bar to possibly meet label claims? Ever wonder if some bars might be a little higher in sugar or fat than what they put on their label? And that chocolate coating, it tastes so good but can it really be good for you? Ask yourself if you’re ever witnessed any top 3 Mr. Olympia finalist diet down while eating these “protein candy bars” every day right up to the day of a contest. If not, do you think these pros may know a few things the rest of us don’t? Are some protein bar manufacturers hiding something from you about what they’re actually putting in these bars? If so, could this be the biggest coverup in supplement history? If the label says a bar contains 31 grams of protein, is it possible that some in each box might contain 28 grams? I mean let’s be serious, how can every single bar in a box be perfectly identical? Right now go open two wrappers of the same protein candy bar and place them beside each other. Are they always exactly the same size and weight as each other? No, not always that’s for sure! Then how can their labels say they are exactly the same in carbs, fats and proteins as one another? If it says the fat content listed is 7 grams, could some bars contain 12 grams?

    Lab Test Them!

To remove all doubt, would you like to see actual lab tests done on the top bars in the industry and have us reveal their true carb and fat content!? Or better yet, how about we put these lab test results in our next issue of MUSCLE INSIDER which prints 20,000 copies and is sent all over Canada! Hmm, this sounds very exciting doesn’t it! If you’d like to see this done.

I'd rather make my own or use the mix from NTBM, that way I know what I'm eating, most of the time theyre just a controlled treat for me
