Do some research on your diet, and if you want to use M Drol just learn what you need to take to protect yourself and to proper PCT.

ive a bad diet as i work weird hours ive started a thread for advice on my diet but no replies just yet

I hear you. Read the link in my sig on getting started - I talk about cutting first but bulking is exactly the same process and I mention this at the end of the post. You'll see what we're talking about and it's not as much of a pain in the ass as it seems at first. I know you want to gain some weight. You're going to have to believe us that a little bottle of pills doesn't weigh 20 lbs. No matter what, you'll have to get more food in on a regular basis or you won't grow.
Go read that link and post back with your plan - we'll help you from there.

to be honest for a long time i was living off one meal a day

If you have to ask that question, I guarantee that you need to do more research. You don't want to hurt your health from jumping into such a strong compound.
