EAT!!!!!! Strength shot up about 2.5 to 3 weeks in, but you will need plenty of calories to keep your energy up, along with lots of water, there is def lathargy issues with it, I found myself needing a nap everyday after work. If you have any anxiety/depression issues they will be worse for about a week or so, so apologize to your GF and friends now lol.
But like I said your strength will shoot up along with some great focus and aggression at the gym, so weigh out the pros and cons, youre looking at a 4 week investment of time, for myself I would def do it again, just make sure you plan your PCT and I would also take some liver and joint support along with it for the 4 weeks.
