Thoughts and suggestions on my "cycle"

While I'm not ready to jump into the anabolic realm I think I have a pretty solid supplement regimen. I would love to know opinions and I also need a suggestion on protein powder, i'm torn.

Daily - Animal Pak (do I really need to take 2? I'm not up to real heavy lifting yet)

Prewo- Assault +5g Mono Micronized Creatine (Optimum)

Postwo - Protein powder + 5g Mono Micronized Creatine (Optimum) + 1-2 Scoops Glutamine (depending on how my knees feel)

The uncertainty I have with the protein is whether to go pure Isolate (Nectar) or blend to add the casein (Myotein).

Also, if I go blend (with low or no concentrate preferably) is there one that is as good as Myotein but more affordable?

    Thanks in advance.

Looks fine, you getting any EFA's?

As far as protein powder I prefer to use 100% Pure Whey Protein Isolate.

Oh, yes, I'm planning on taking fish oil and maybe flaxseed. I've also got a 2lb container of Cookies and Cream Syntha 6.

I'm debating on if I should also get some Gold Standard Optimum and a 2 lb of just Casein as well or if the Syntha 6 is sufficient.

I know the Syntha 6 has everything I need. But I like the fact that the Gold Standards primary protein is isolate but I like the blend of Syntha, especially with egg and 2 types of Casein...

Has anyone tried Myotein or Trueprotein (which formula did you use or did you create your own). Those are two other options for protein I was looking at, thanks.

Looks good, Animal Pak 1 per day. Once you are done, do yourself a favor and look into CL Orange Triad, has joint support in it and is a far superior multi. Another to consider is RLS 3D multi, it is excellent. Everything else is fine and if you want a blended protein you can't go wrong with Myofusion of LG Lipotropic, both are very affordable.

It will certainly help with endurance if you take it consistently. I take 2-3 grams in the AM and in my pwo drink and I do notice a difference over time.

If you dislike animal pak which a decent amount of people do you should be fine with just a daily multi that has a time release. Those will give you more or less everything you need.

Animal Pak is awesome I just hate choking down so many vitamins/pills everyday.
