    Training while on Pro-Horm/Stero

Hey while doing a cycle of Pro hormones or pro steroids, do you have to rest just a long as you would if you werent cycling? Or is your recovery faster? i know with AS you can kill your body a little more and not rest uip as much without overtraining, but can you get the same effect at all with the weaker stuff?

Your recovery will be lots better. You need to train at least 1.5 times your normal. I think Avant's site said if you didn't train at least 7 hrs a week while on it, you are undertraining. While I was on it, I trained chest Mon and Thur. and still felt good!

I used an HST style routine while on Avant's ONE+. I only did a two week cycle at a moderate dose and was very pleased with the results - 13 pounds, very little fat accrual. In order to increase volume I did 2 sets versus the 1 set I did in a previous round of HST and was able to workout every other day. My previous cycle of HST ran the standard MWF (weekends off). I was amazed at how quickly I was ready to hit the gym again.

I’m going to start a cycle as well (2 weeks from now).

This really interests me. As I am a HIT trainer and can cripple myself for days after 1 set of squats for deads. I use a very low volume. I could probably double my total volume and still be lower than many people!

Has anyone else logged their training in order to track the difference on PH's versus off PH's??
