    Mood swings with PH

    Hey folks,

I have been noticing recently that my moods have been really down, and I think it's only since I went on PH's (the last 3-4 weeks). I am finding the littlest things are getting to me and I'm fighting constantly with my girlfriend over stupid little things just because she'll say something that doesn't make me mad, but just messes with my head. I'm also far more agressive and willing to fly off the handle, and normally I'm very subdued and calm.

Anyone else have experiences with their moods going all wonky when they go on this stuff? Any explanation for it, and will it stop once I'm done my cycle? Right now I feel like I'm ready to explode with stuff I have bottled up. I'd go destroy myself in the weight room, but I'm at work and can't.
Today I can do what others will not so that tomorrow I will do what others cannot.

The difference between winners and losers is that winners do things that losers don't want to do.

It seems you identify the problems yourself. Just calm down. It just like someone drinks hard liquor. Do not drink too much cafeine. It trigger the tense of your vein.
    I bet you'll be fine.
    Good luck
