    Protein shake

i usually have 1 scoop of whey protein (25g per scoop) in each shake after a workout, is that a good idea? i am 15 years old and still growing so i was wondering if that would effect my growth, also is their something better to take then whey?

No...you are good to go. You may want to take two scoops and then 50-80 grams of a simple carb immediately post-workout. It will help your muscles recover, replenish your glycogen stores, and it definitely will not stunt your growth. And no..post workout, whey is the best protein you can take.

    Protein Shake (whey)

I would give brown rice protein powder a try. The body metabolizes this very well and provides at least 8 grams of protein, depending on the brand.
