Have to agree with that and it makes me feel stressed out. I had to quit using it. I didn't notice any difference in energy levels in my workouts. 200 mg. caffeine works great. I used 6 star muscle NO fury. I think it is over priced junk.

ive tryed NO-EXPLODE and AMPED NOS and neither did much for me,at first 1 scoop gave me a tiny bit of energy but before long i had to use 3-4 scoops to get any effect and of which just gave me stomach cramps.
now days if i feel a bit tired i take 2 caffine pills which are far cheaper or failing that i just try to get to sleep 30 minuites earlier.

I am a big fan of GPLC. Pricey, but proven effective.

GPLC is the truth no doubt. For the price and it just being one ingrediant is good, but the fact that it works as good if not better than any other NO product out there is astounding. Ive used Plasma Jet before and it works great, but its also like 50 bucks for a monthes supply and GPLC works as good for less money.
