Don't know if this is the right place to post this question, but is there a supp that you can take to help dry skin? I drink between a gal and gal 1/2 a day and take a multi and eat well and still don't understand it. Dry, itchy skin. Drives me nutz! Any help would be appreciated! Thanks

That's what I was afraid of! What's going on DP? Still sticking to the diet (pretty much), but have been slacking on the training. Just getting caught up on the summer projects I've put off. Starting again on 11-4-02

There are a lot of benefits from flax oil, the one result I gained from it is nice smooth skin. There's always the good old skin lotions..?? Maybe eating more salmon dishes hehehe...just a thought...??
