I can't believe I'm asking about muscle milk...

Been some time since I posted and feel like a noob of noobs for asking, but whats the thought of muscle milk(insert flavor) as a meal replacement.

I live out of my car in the day when I am at college and working out has diminished since I decided to double major(was strictly accounting, not I am adding finance).

Truth be said, I have a lot of my allthewhey protein left over from the 50lbs I bought but I am just burned out on it. It mixes quite well in the vita-mix(what doesn't) but I can't take it to school. It doesn't mix all that great in a shaker cup.

The calories are fine in something like the muscle milk because it would literally be a meal replacement because I am always on the run.

My biggest issue is being Lactose Intolerant. I don't have the option of using ON, or any product sold here, or there. Only a handful of products I can "stomach." Just trying to get some ideas. I found a 4.94 jug of chocolate on amazon for 37.49 shipped.

Your thoughts, and flame on me because I'm not a noob asking a noob question.

    Kris

Muscle Milk is a good supplement for situations like this. It doesn't mix very well though.

That's what I was thinking. Some say its fatty and I say its better than running to the cafeteria and getting some deep fried goodness.

I use it for it tastes too good ( Banana Cream)

Just add scoops of whey to make it more potent

Muscle milk is cake in a convenient bottle. I love it. Like Sox said though, it doesn't mix for shit if you buy the tubs instead of the premixed containers. One trick is to mix it in a shaker and set it in the fridge. Shake it every few hours, and by the 3rd or 4th hour the consistency is right.

Thanks guys. If i wasnt lactose I would be all over a better protein, but on the go I have bought the premade shakes and love them for a quick curbing of hunger.

Ordering the 5lb of chocolate right now. If it lasts me the month It will save me sanity at school, and money.

The only issue I have with it really is the maltodextrin, but flavor wise it's incredible.

It may taste good but I can't get past the profile and I know the ingredients are not of a high quality. If you like it, drink it, me though, I will pay for something better.

Better is a relevant term. In my case I have minimal options being lactose intolerant. If I bought some higher quality protein that is not lactose free, ill be definately paying for it with my anus.

Not many good quality lactose free powders are out there, at least not without paying a small fortune for flavors like donkey ball sweat.
