Meat, fish, poultry, eggs, dairy... that are all great sources of protein.

Go with either quantity of protein like bulk whey or quality like Maximum Absorbed Protein from Primordial.

200 shouldn't be hard. Have a good amount of eggs in the morning 8 to 10 plus some yogurt .. for example. A few chicken breasts ... tuna, etc. Those 3 alone should give 100 or more easily. Add in a couple more items to make a good balanced diet with carbs plus a couple protein shakes and you have your 200 with no problem.

I never heard of the liquid protein. I'd just get a regular protein powder from a reputable place online to suit your goals. There are a few.

If you have any other questions feel free to ask. Hope this helps.

You should be eating at least 7 times a day anyway. That equals 28.5g of protein in each meal. Easy
As for protein powder you should look for the highest amount of protein per 100g unless of course you are looking for a PWO protein which will contain simple carbs. And before bed you may want a caseinate protein as it is absorbed slower that the others.

10 stone = 140lb You should stack on some muscle so aim for 1.5g protein per pound of body weight (or lean body mass).

    140 x 1.5 = 210/ 7 meals = 30g protein in each meal.
