    Novedex XT

I was able to get my hands on this product through a friend.

I know that Gaspari Nutrition had to discontinue it for various reasons.

Can anyone give me their experiences on this supplement?

Also, the label says to take 2/day before bed, but not exceed 4 caplets per day. What is the optimal dosage?

Thanks to anyone who can provide me feedback.

It is an OTC anti-estrogen. I'm not sure what benefits you are looking to get from it, but I wouldn't use it for anything but possibly a PCT supp. Studies have shown that it boosts Test levels:

Eight weeks of aromatase inhibition using the nutr... [Int J Sport Nutr Exerc Metab. 2007] - PubMed result

However, there were no increases in lean mass in any of the participants.

I'm loving all the studies I'm seeing pop up on here!

To the OP, if you take it, ramp it up slowly... with this and other estrogen control supplements you may experience dry joints so its good to start low and asses your tolerance and what you can take!

    Z. Thanks for the information.

My plan is to take Novedex XT for 8 weeks.

I am currently taking MethaDrol by Iron Mag Labs (absolutely KILLER stuff). I will be cycling this for about 4 more weeks. Also, Advanced Cycle Support.

Can I take the Novedex XT along with this, or should I wait until my cycle is over?

Prince? Any comments on this? Thanks! Your products are awesome. I am making killer gains in the gym right now.

btw, E-Control Rx contains the same compound as Novadex XT, which is ATD.

You could take it with your cycle but if u r already seeing good results no need to add it in...wont really add any benefits in my opinion. Use it post cycle.

The Novedex XT seemed to dry out my joints which caused a little discomfort. I personally would not take it again.
