Id drop the Kre-alkalyn and Arginine and replace it with Creapure creatine and gplc. If your looking for an amazing pump, gplc is the truth. Here is a link for gplc- Gplc - Primordial Performance GlycoCarn increases nitric oxide (NO) levels.

Frankly, what you are doing is not BAD but I kind of agree that the AEE is a waste. Many like Kre-alk so stick with it, Creapure is not the be all and end all of creatine (MCC works way better for me than mono). Arginine is not a bad addition though if you take a good pre-workout supplement that should be all you need as many have a good serving of AAKG in it and that form is better than AEE.

could add in 2000-4000 IU of Vit D and 1000-2000mg Calcium. been hearing some stuff about if Kre-alkalyn is not better than other creatines. I just stick with mono myself.
