The basic creatine monohydrate is fine if you tolerate it well. Go with that if it does not produce any stomach bloating/gas distress.

Personally I have all kinds of issues with regular monohydrate so I use Ke Alkalyn from the company I rep: AAEFX

This gives me the same ergogenic benefits but with zero stomach/gastro issues.

GNC brand ($9 bottle) gives me the bloating feeling. I opted for the cheaper bottle coz the only other Creatine they have cost $43. Fuck me if I will pay $43 for Creatine.

if you're going to use CM (creatine monohydrate) spend the extra $ and ensure that its Creapure, otherwise opt for CEE.

You got me searching for the word on my GNC creatine and the word 'Creapure' is no where to be found on the bottle. Bastards!

I searched online and it looks like GNC or Vitamin Shoppes do not carry any creatine brand with Creapure. I did find one on ebay made by Prolab. The price is really good at $14.99 with free shipping.

If they both say Creapure then they are basically the same, except with ours you pay much less. We dont have to pay for expensive magazine ads, sponsor a stable of Ifbb pro's, or fancy packaging.

creapure from primordial is good, its definately a bit gentler on my stomach than regular mono.....i still get somewhat bloated, that being said.....i like con-cret, and to a lesser extent MCC.....ill try the creatine nitrate soon as well

really tho if you tummy is cool with it, you cant beat creapure for price and effectiveness

Honestly, I just got for the 1000g tub, I love that I can cover nearly 2/3s of a year for under $20.

I have been on the loading phase so far, and found that creatine has been giving me some anxiety. Has anyone else experienced this?

From what I hear creatine puts on weight and can actually give you a little bit of a gut? Is this true? If so please let me know as I am trying to cut weight, but want to take creatine; although if this is true I am not take it.

Creapure by AllMax Nutrition is my favorite although any form of Monohydrate is your best bang for the buck.
