I just take basic one a day vitamins for men. They do the job and have all of the needed vitamins that you need.

I use a multivitamin that I purchased from bodybuilding.com called MultiPro 32x by AST sports. I have taken many multivitamins and never felt one did more for me then the other.

Uhh I don't agree with a lot of what is in here but I will let you form your own opinion. I will say there are BETTER, MORE COMPLETE multis than just your Centrum or drug store brand cheep ones. Some I like and these are varying in cost:

NOW Adam (120 count bottle, 60 days worth)
MST MVP (highest cost, very high quality)
CL Orange Triad (more than a multi, full joint supp as well)
Animal Pak (ehh, not my favorite but many like it)
GNC Mega Men or whatever it is called, not bad!

I have used NOW Adam, Animal Pam and Mega Man from GNC. As I said before... never noticed a difference in anything.

Basic multi twice a day--(plain old centrum is fine)
4000 ID of vitamin D--(but nothing beats getting a half hour of sun each day)
2000mg of calcium--(coral calcium is the best but pricey)
2000-4000mg of fish oil--(flax seed oil is ok but isnt that great with free radicals)
Vitamin C 1000mg per day normal, 1000-5000 mgs buffered C spread out...Vitamin C is the one supp out there that has showed its benefits for countless years now. If you take too much in there is barely any side effects...u just piss it out. Normal C at high levels can cause stomach upset and acid reflux so i recomend buffered C. Keeping a constant stream in your blood is great for you health and its cheap.
Alpha Lipoic Acid--300-600mg after work out. (good for those insulin levels)

    hope this helps
