    Alcohol and 1-AD

Ok tonight I am thinking about going out a partying with some friends which would mean lots of drinking alcohol. Now i am also in the peak of my 1-AD cycle. I know that 1-AD alone puts some hurting on my liver, but what about shots of Jack on top of it? Anyone have some ideas here on wheather I should or not? Thanks

Im pretty sure its not a good idea.

If Im not mistaken it will shoot your estrogen level way up.

I asked PA about drinking while on 1AD over the summer - he said it was not so much of a problem once and a while though he has experienced worse hangovers while on.

Not sure about estrogen levels, but it will raise your cortisol levels which is not good for muscle growth. You are just negating the effects of 1-ad. I would not drink while on it to maximize your growth, much less being a waste of money!

If you're gonna do it drink very moderately; I had one of the worst drinking experiences ever when I was in my 1-T cycle.
