    Weight gainers

    Hi All,

    Just wondered if anyone can give me advice on which weight gainer I should look to buy.

    Any that have been tried and tested would be mush appreciated.

    Nothing better than eating more quality calories... but I like either Cytosport or Optimum Nutrition. They both have good weight gainers but also can be expensive.

    always prefer whole food calories before store bought weight gainers but cytogainer from cyto sport works decent for me low amount oif sugars and sodium 10 servings for 30 bucks

    i use 3 scoops of unflavoured whey,1 cup of ground oats and 3 tea spoons of olive oil.it works for me,its cheaper and i know exactly what im getting

    Im a fan of Gaspari Real Mass, and ON Serious Mass. Whole food is best though. Lots of protein carbs and dont be too scared of fat. Natural fats like Olive oil, Fat from nuts, fat from fish are all good. I also like to take 2 scoops of whey, 2 cups of milk, 1/2 cup oats, 2 tbsp peanut butter and a tbsp of honey throw it in a blender and enjoy. Its actually delicious with chocolate whey and has a bout 800 cal 70 g protein, 80 g carbs 20 g fat

    The new monster milk is great i use mutant mass too nothing beats more food IMO

    Get a coffee grinder and grind up oats with whey, best gainer out there

    Check out Muscle Juice 2544 by Ultimate Nutrition or ON Serious Mass. Both are awesome
